經我公司研發，運用“污泥無熱干化高壓破壁脫水裝備+空氣能節能型低溫烘干裝備”，經壓濾破壁脫水低溫烘干使污泥成型顆粒含水率小于20%；污泥含水率小于20%以下低位熱值達到2200-3500Kcal/kg以上（由污泥有機質高低決定），因此含水率小于20%以內的污泥顆粒可以進入生物質鍋爐燃燒，也可以摻混小于20%以內污泥顆粒進入循環流化床鍋爐燃燒。
